TRS (Manila) -> China Sea - embark MECH (Fukuoka)
2 SUB (Singapore) -> Red Sea 2-box
2 CP -> S China Sea
CA -> Japanese Coast
CA (The Marianas) -> Fukuoka
Several BB. and CA, sail to both South China Sea, and to China Sea.

The plan:
I think I have 6 points to use. Let me know if I don’t have 6 or 7 points and I make a new plan
Choose box 2 only
Fly as bomber
Clear during the first round
Use 2 points to negate AA
Use 4 points to add damage to D 2A and place D on TRS

I think 6 points. I think the Italian NAV2 reduce it from 7. So plan should work. Hopefully in theory only.
