Persuasive it is...

What has it persuaded you of? That you wouldnt mind if she jumped into a hottub with you in her birthday suit? [:D]

Me getting into her birthday suit - that reminds me of the time Groucho Marx shot an elephant in his pajamas. How the elephant got into his pajamas he never did find out.

I thought it was the elephant's pajamas.

This AAR brings to mind another Marx Brother's quote:

Minister of Finance: Here is the Treasury Department's report, sir. I hope you'll find it clear.
Rufus T. Firefly: Clear? Huh. Why a four-year-old child could understand this report.
[to Bob Roland]
Rufus T. Firefly: Run out and find me a four-year-old child, I can't make head or tail of it.

Zeppo's company Marman Products invented and manufactured the clasps that held the atomic bombs in place on the B-29s.

Thank you Admiral Sprior. I must say I am enjoying this Kriegspiel! I look forward to my first PBEM in theater soon. Question. I once bought a game on floppy called Victory in the Pacific I believe, never worked right, is this a reincarnation? I still have my first copy of Panzer Blitz from the early seventies and simply cant recall half the games I still posses from old AH and SPI. Jimmy Cricket, I believe I have dated myself.

The War in the Pacific you're refering to is a free download from somewhere on this site now. I played it for a long time. This game isn't so much a reincarnation as an evolutionary step forward. I still have a shed load of SPI and AH games too.

"I believe I have dated myself" - Well, who else would?

There is no posting with impunity in here I'm afraid.

The horn of the onrushing bull, the horn(s) of a dilemma or the Horn of Africa?

As long as it's not Derrick and Clive's horn, we'll be fine.
