Yes, you also get the nice breezes there as well. Do you get the snirt as well? That is, blowing snow and dirt? When I was in Grand Forks we did. I never did make it to Winnipeg during the nice winters.

I was in Kentucky and it was 30 F above and I was very cold. I came home for Christmas and it was -30 F and I was warm. And that was on the way to the bar!

Morning, RJ et al! It's a fine sunny day in Winnipeg and at 9 AM this morning my balcony thermometer indicated -30ºC, so I left out the "Good" part of my greeting. I know - complaining about the weather doesn't do any good - but I have to keep up the rep of being a grumpy, cold, old man ...

It was 70F yesterday and 50F right now, here in Middle Tennessee. So, it is a Good Afternoon!

It is sunny and in the 70s here. Of course, on the other side of the window . . .

And, it is Sunny here, also.

Looking forward to the game Sunday afternoon. See if we can continue the magic.

Good evening!

Finished the next phase of our reclamation of our "Storage Room" otherwise known as a garage tonight. Ten foot tall ceilings. Put a 24" shelf 24" down from the ceiling with some spare plywood and some 2x4s. Should allow us to put almost everything that is left after throwing out over 20 cubic yards of junk on the shelving or hung from it.
