The release 3.0 of Heroes and Leaders mod is already available in the thread “Core of Heroes and Leaders mod,” in the post # 1:

The American Eagles Le Grand Chemin board will also be used in the historical Module Omaha.
Several boards of American Eagles will reappear in Omaha, some of them with small modifications to solve their compatibility with the rest of adjacent boards.
