I suspect rabbitkind has it in for me after the demise of Jerry. Something has been attacking one of my tomato plants. Yesterday, I set up a circular chickenwire enclosure to protect the poor thing. I go out this morning to enjoy my intellectual superiority over the vermin and the chickenwire enclosure has been tited up so it caught on the trellis wires, allowing a safe passage on one side....and the tomato plant had been chewed down to a 5 inch stem with no leaves. Just to spite me the little bastards left two unripe tomatoes sitting on the ground. [:@]

Yeah, but it was so obvious, I was waiting for someone else to say something like "Hey, in a few decades they'll graduate to painting LSD on steering wheels!"

I mean, I thought you were throwing a curve-ball to set us up.

Of course we did. What sort of pig ignorance do you expect from this crowd of blinkheaded, philistine, non-theatre garbage anyways?

The Magwe oil field raid seemed quite effective....and a tactical surprise. What exactly does 23 oil hits do to the place?

Certainly it has to be better for morale than 100 Parchisi sets.

It might make JJ put some air assets into Burma instead of sending everything to the South Pacific and Oz.

It will cost 23k supply points to repair, plus they're going to have to divert precious fighters there (and associated air support) if they want to try and make us stop.

And lose some prodcution of oil/fuel I expect? Splendid show by the Welly and Mitchell drivers!

That, along with the loss of 18 Lilys (and there LYB pilots) over China the day before may cause some reordering of priorities. I havent seen a front-line fighter over China for months.

I might send more fighters to China too, just to keep them honest.

Did anyone spot the mistake I made? I forgot to put all the bombers at the same altitude. Must...try...harder.

I think the 17,000 ft. thing is just FOW from the LYB radar operators. It looks like both attacks went in at 13,000 ft.

The fact that the raids went in separately is more likely some kind of spat between the CO's

Not sure if that is Jackspeak, Weegie or Northumbrian Grappler Speak, but I think I understand.

I think it is some kind of recursive fog of war/national secrets loop. The bogus altitude report are interecepted radio messages from the LYB radar operators at Magwe (which they didn't have) to the scrambling LYB fighters (which they didnt have) and translated from LYBese by our translators (which we mostly don't have..except on contract from M&M). Now, presumably, WE know what altitude our attack went in at...but we can't publicly complain about the inaccuracy or JJ will discern we are intercepting their radio transmissions (which they didn't have). Of course, one has to consider they might have already discerned this and are broadcasting bogus information in a sort of feigned incompetence to make it look like our raid will be a milk run.

Overall, I think it best to leave this to the Bletchley Park lads.

Wait 30 or 40 years until it is declassified. That is what I plan to do.

Jokes about papulosquamous dermatoses require a rather dry, sophisticated sense of humor, Cap; I'm concerned this crowd is a bit more Vaudevillean/slapstick/flatus-oriented in terms of their collective sense of humor.

Perhaps you could introduce a character named "Mongo" into the narrative; a somewhat muscular, large man who likes to eat beans around a campfire? They'll love it!

I find the papulosquamous eruptions to be a comedic gold mine, second only to the vesiculobullous conditions.

This reminds me of dermatology joke.....perhaps the only dermatology joke.

Dermatology....1000 diagnoses...3 creams.

Compared to Mongo's methane and hydrogen sulfide eruptions, the comedic worth of vesicobullous eruptions pales in comparison.

Here's another view of modern-day derm:
