If you want really tragic sad, try :
"Gloomy Sunday", also known as the "Hungarian Suicide Song" and is composed by Hungarian pianist and composer Rezső Seress and published in 1933.
There is a recurring urban legend which claims that many people have committed suicide while listening to this song. Personally there are a few modern genre's that have that effect on me.

I haven't seen all that many Disney, nor Pixar, films, that I feel confident in making suggestions. Maybe I will make a few anyway just to get more candidates.
Not that I would mind watching more Disney movies. [:)] And rewatching the ones I watched as a kid. Although that wasn't so many either. [:(]
