Well its now TIME to call halt to the poll.

I would just like to thank ALL of you on the General Discussion forum for taking the time and trouble to vote. This has been a monster undertaking and I couldn't have done it without you. We have had literally more than 2 people who have voted. Amaziing. Fortunately I had the assistance of HAL the supercomputer to assist me - and thank goodness, because adding up all those nominations would have been too much for a mere human.

I am now pleased to announce the results:

Best Cartoon Character: Eeyore
Favourite Princess: Rapunzel
Favourite Pixar Character: Elastigirl
Favourite Baddy: Gaston

In announcing the results I would make the following commentary: Rapunzel actually came second to Cinderella in the poll, but the latter has been disqualified on account of a strange substance (believed to be Brazilian PB) having been found stuffed down the back of her Chaise Long in her bed chamber at the Magic Kingdom. Investigations are under way, but in the meantime Cinders will definitely not be going to any ball's.

The other three categories all saw ties for the top spot. As the organiser of the poll I invoked Fuhrer Princip, and simply declared my choice in each category as the winner.
