You could be right, most of the team were pretty anonymous.

After the last couple of games the scores on the doors are as follows:

Redcoat...... 14
Dixie...........12
Orm.............9
rogo727.......9
Zeta 16........9
british exil....8
warspite1.....5

2 pts for Dixie and Zeta for the French/Ukraine game, 2 pts for redcoat spread over the two - one point for british exil and rogo, but nil points for warspite and Orm from the two games......

I feel for Orm. It is not a good thing to watch your team going home early. And frankly when Sweden went 2-1 up I was surprised they did not finish it.

Warspite1

Agreed. At 2-1 you would have expected England, on past performance, to completely fold. We still have a job to do against Ukraine though - it ain't gonna be easy - it is England we are talking about after all.....

Will not be easy against the UkRAIN but if Wayne (Rain) Rooney can do his job then we will be out of the rain and in the dry.

Sorry for the puns.

RANT TIME [:@]

Why are the French wearing all blue? Where's the white shorts and red sock malarchy? Why are England wearing all white with red, yes red trim? And what is that hideous blue excuse for an away kit? A few years ago the Italians mucked around with their shade of blue [&:]

I hate it when people change things like this. The Germans have more class - white shirts, black shorts and White socks no messing - it's tradition.

Right, open post to the FA and the French equivalent - show some respect for tradition, have some class and wear your proper kit or I'm going to get soojan to start hitting people....okay?
Wait to you see the Swedish kit. Then you can really rant about lack of respect.
Warspite1

What is wrong with the kit Ormster - yellow - blue - yellow. Is it the shade, the style or what?
The home kit is good enough. It is the away kit that is scary. Below is picture of the new away kit that they had against Ukraine and at bottom is the kit used before that. Neither is to my liking.

At the border checkpoint:
- Nationality?
- Russian.
- Occupation?
- No, no, just visiting.

Oh I see. Yes I agree on the away kit - that stupid stripe is just rubbish.

Why? Oh well, don't tell me you didn't know this one (aren't you a football fan? [&:]). They use new outfits to make sure they sell t-shirts every single year... New year = new outfit = more sales... That's what clubs do [;)]
Warspite1

[&:] eh?

So teams change strip from time to time to generate extra revenue from replica kit sales? Really? No kidding....[8|]

My point is there is a difference between changing the trim and changing the strip. Adding trim = acceptable (within reason). Changing club/national colours = Totally unacceptable. Aren't you a football fan? [&:]
