Here's where we are in the Leningrad area. I've got a weak spot in my lines in the middle of my lines but I'm hoping I can fill it in sometime soon.

This is what it looks like SW of Moscow right now. I'm doing fairly well all things considered.

This is what it looks at the entrance to Crimea right now. I forced my way through the bottleneck and now I'm spreading out.

This is T22 and this is what it looks at the entrance to Crimea right now. I forced my way through the bottleneck and now I'm spreading out even further. You can see how far down I have repaired the rail by finding the southernmost embarked unit. I'm going to push these Soviet guys out of the way and keep steamrolling south. I'm also repairing the rails on the other fork of the rails because I intend to enter through the left fork and exit through the right fork. Supplywise. I also intend to repair the rail that leads to the Kerch ports.

Here's what it looks like around Kharkov right now. He's stocked up with some powerful units and it's going to take a while to reduce it.

Early in T23 I flew the 2nd Brandenburg paratroopers over to Kirishi moved out of my LZ one hex SE, broke the bridge and repaired to Kirishi to garrison the city. I have to prepare for Soviet counterattacks. They are sure to come. I don't know what good this little raid does for me now that I think of it. I'm having second thoughts now.

I flew the 4th Brandenburg over to Kastornoye planning on garrisoning the city and blowing the bridge but the unit went into reorg immediately upon hitting it's LZ. Well, maybe next turn.

West of Kharkov I have a section of rail that's unrepaired so to accelerate repair of the rail I've got a group of 4 RR engineers headed by the 45th Bautrupp at the north end and repairing from the other unrepaired end is a group of 2 RR engineers headed by the 103rd Bautrupp.

It's now T23, September 7, 1941 and I finally captured Kiev and the rest of the defenders are on their last legs and will soon disappear. I'm clearing out all the Soviet units on the west edge of the east side of the river if you know what I mean. There's only two more stacks of Soviet units to dispatch.

This is what it looks like near Leningrad right now. The Finns have done a magnificent job getting down to the stop line already and they surrounded a stack of Soviet units and destroyed them; that's why they don't have many Soviet defenders left to destroy. I've got 38 attacks scheduled this combat phase.

Here's what it looks like just west of Moscow right now. There's a lot of gaps in the Soviet line and that's helping me push forward.

The environment around Kiev is loaded with lots of scheduled attacks but the east bank of the river is almost cleared then those attacking units of mine can move to the east and help push.

I'm thwarted in the Crimea by only a few Soviet units and I should have no problem pushing them over and move down to the port quickly. I've got some RR arty in the mix of units to help me bombard the Sevastopol defenders. I need them softened up to make it easier on my units to take over the port and airfields.

This is what Kharkov looks like right now. I'm attacking the city proper. There's just one more stack of Soviet equipment at Kiev and a single Soviet unit further south from Kiev to get rid of. I'm entering the Crimea and spreading out. The supply levels are too low to try any combat down there yet. I'm supposing the rails will eventually gain more supply as time passes. Or the rail is broken somewhere upstream.
