The CW send some ships out to cover convoys.
Three subs head for the Italian Coast. Do the German and Italians wish to respond?
Looks like there is a German NAV and and Italian NAV and LND (8-range and based in Genoa) that can reach (plus two fighters but there are no aircraft the Allies can call up)

Doesn't matter anyway as my dice throwing remains to the same high standard....so difficult to maintain enthusiasm when this just keeps happening [8|]
