No, this person would cook hamburger patties in the oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees F with no added liquids. This was for senior citizens.

Another cook baked them for 40 minutes in beef broth. Those were delicious and moist.

Why do some men (also some women as well) use a broom to sweep ice but don't use a broom to sweep a kitchen floor? Or is it a Scottish thing?
