Melborne and Pearl Harbor are on the list of failed industry again.
EDIT: I finally figured out that Kweiteh, Loyang, and Changsha failed because an enemy unit is in that hex.

Here's the situation just south of Davao. Ternate fell and now I've got to pull everybody back to south of Ternate but keep the carrier
near Ternate to sink that last Jap AK hanging around the port. The surface forces are tired of driving around for two full days and nights
and they need to pull in to refit somewhere, I'm thinking Kendari.

Here's one for you experts: I have a Dutch AP in Amphibious mode docked at Darwin and when I go to load some troops none of the
aircraft are available. It just says "unable to load on TF". And so I'm wondering if I can't load them because it's a Dutch ship, or from
the wrong HQ, or what is the problem? Just a thought.

Here's the resource history of Australia. It says to me that Oz needs a lot more fuel and oil but that supplies are getting less rare and
resources have bloomed. I just need to get some oil to Melborne and some resources to Pearl and there would be less failed industry.

Here's the strategic picture. You can see the trails of ships going from Colombo to Perth and from San Francisco to Pearl and from
Pearl to Palmyra etc.

I ended the turn again and here's some fresh combat results: There was a night-time surface combat where the Houston was sunk.

Jap subs are still active around the Pearl Harbor area. One of my ships gets hit almost in the harbor.

I had a feeling that the waters just to the SW of Tokyo might be a good place for my subs. Turns out better than I expected.

All the air attacks on Georgetown for the past couple of days has rendered the runway there unusable. Which is okay since I've pulled
all the planes out of Georgetown already. They are hitting an empty airfield.

And then the Japs tried to hit the shipping I have parked at Singapore but the CAP drove the bombers away.
