Turn 16. Mar/Apr 1942. Partisans.
1. 7 countries eligible for partisans, 2 garrison checks and 1 new partisan spawned.
2. YUG partisan placed to block Pola RP (60,40). Oversight by axis having only division in Trieste.
3. Country checks: (1) USSR=19, GAR=8 (no), (2) CHI=100, (3) NEI=23, (4) BUR=20, (5) POL=27, (6) YUG=43, GAR=4, PAR=11,4, (7) FIC=82. Note that CCP partisan in China from last turn still alive and blocking RP 73,143.

I may have slowed but I haven't stopped play or this AAR. I'm just sharing play and posting time with another AAR that I'm doing.

Axis.
No changes made to discretionary grants, which is (1) Germany to Italy, 5 non-oil RPs.
Allied.
Allied discretionary grants, which includes two changes (1) & (2) are:
(1) US to Free France, 2 BPs
(2) US to USSR, 3 BPs
(3) CW to USSR,3 non-oil
(4) Free France to China, 1 non-oil.
Axis.

Turn 17. May/June 1943. Initiative.
Allied +1 and win ties. 1st D10: AX=4, AL=1+1=2, Axis win the 1st roll. After much consideration the allies decide that they would like to move first and it's worth a re-roll. No advantage, Allies win tie. 2nd D10: AX=6, AL=8. Allies win the 2nd roll and of course elect to move first.
Allied +1 and win ties. 1st D10: AX=4, AL=1+1=2, Axis win the 1st roll. After much consideration the allies decide that they would like to move first and it's worth a re-roll. No advantage, Allies win tie. 2nd D10: AX=6, AL=8. Allies win the 2nd roll and of course elect to move first.

2. US plays an O-chit and takes a super-combine.
3. Western allies establish convoy line which gives them full production, gets 2 BPs from US to Free France and 3 BPs from US to USSR.
