Would it be possible, and useful, to log combats for the Span/Portugal/Gibraltar as a separate theatre? Could be interesting if that region was active. (perhaps it already is an separate area?)

Sure. They're not active for me. I don't see them becoming active later (either); but maybe?

I was thinking that Axis was in a fairly good position for declaring war on Spain, and that if it were action on the Iberian peninsula it would be nice to separate that action from the battle of France.
