So it should be 0/0.
But it is -1 for Axis, while you write that it should be

Yes. That was how we played it. But once I started with MWIF I learned that all rounds up.
Cut from RAC:
2.6 Fractions
These rules frequently require a calculation that produces a fraction. When necessary, fractions are rounded
to the nearest whole number, by rounding halves up.
Example: Germany has 21 production points. Her production multiple is 1.25, so she has 26.25 build points.
This rounds to 26 points. Next year her production multiple increases to 1.5, so she has 31.5 build points. This
rounds to 32.
Rounding a negative number up moves you closer to zero. For example, if the fraction is -1.5, it rounds up to -1.

With that said, I would have been glad if it had been -> Axis 0, Allies -1 as it then would be an error to our advantage.

I still think in A2A combat you count the difference and odds are always something like +1/+1 or +3/+3, never 0/+1.
Should we make sure about this before moving on? I think result is DX.

The result should indeed have been a DX. However, I am not sure if we correct for bugs to get the correct result. Or just play on as it is (with an AA). I am willing to follow your call on this.

No, the air combat is often something like 0/+1 and so on. Here is an example that shows exactly that.
Cut from RAC:
14.3 Air-to-air combat
....
14.3.3 Combat results
....
They calculate their combat values. Jeremy has an air-to-air strength of 6.5 (½ for the carrier plane) while
Maria has an air-to-air strength of 4.
Therefore, Jeremy has a combat value of “+3” (6.5-4, rounding to 3) and
Maria has “-2” (4-6.5, rounding to -2). There are no shifts to apply due to surprise (see 11.5.6) and they are not
playing with any optional rules.

Allies -0,5 -> 0
So correct odds should be 0/0
Edit: You said it in your edit.
I hade a save error when trying to reload. Need a sort break before trying another save point.

The air combat ends with one Axis bomber cleared. And the result changed to one US LND4 shot down.
Axis aborts the air combat even if Allies would have stayed.
