Allies bomb one hex in Southern France (intercept not possible) and another in Normandy.
In Normandy Germany can intercept with 3 fighters, Allies can counter with 9,9,7,6

German fighter is shot down but I feel like losing the air combat. I was thinking about adding 6 str fighter, but I had to save some of them for the future. From -3 it would have been DA instead of AA.

I went back and checked, Allies invaded to southern France in S/O 1942. Pocket has been quite static last year. Allies have also been in Normandy about an year. It’s time to move on.

Red Army inches forward slightly in Manchuria.
On the Ost Front the Soviets occupy positions that the Wermacht have held for a few years in the north, advancing slightly near Lake Onega and farther south near Vitebsk.
In the south tired Red Army Fronts (no faceup HQ's - the Wermacht withdrawal made us decide not to use an ochit to unflip HQ's) roll forward cautiously from the Dnieper area, eyeing the sky for Luftwaffe bombers as they start to move beyond Red Air cover. The Southwestern Front manoeuvres to destroy the 45th Infanterie Korp that is slowly withdrawing from Nikolayev area.

In the Pacific US Marines move toward Legaspi and occupy a small island near Truk while Mcarthur marches north in Mindanao and the 10th Mountain advances through Celebes.

I didn't see this one coming. TERR blocked my rail road, 3 recourses lost. I saw that one coming. But MOT can't attack, one hex too far from supply source
Rules question: If I manage to get TERR to Northern Rhodesia, can it cross the border and attack?

No. The TERR need an HQ to enter another aligned minor (any CW HQ should do the trick as I read the rule cut in below). Only advantage of that is that the HQ might remain at the coast...
Edit: Although, I am not sure if the TERR would be considered as a CW unit as it is a N Rhodesia unit.

The resources are not lost. You just need to ship them from Cape Town instead.
