Thanks Dino - this makes sense... i given that the Army wasn't actually formed until 1943 and was for defensive purposes, let the Southern Area Army (i think that is the one) be allowed into Burma. (Another hole in the CHS OOB)...[8|] [;)]
i also think we should be aware of/remember the rule exception for PP - "except for defensive purposes"... it wouldn't make much sense otherwise.
OK, that means we are free to use SAA units in Burma and India?............yes?.........and we keep an eye out for any other OOOb probs....
Well, i give my vote yes... i don't know about the rest of the team...

Well, i am about to take Wife out to brunch (and a bit of shopping...), so if no sign of NG by then, i will do his bit... alas, i am not sure of his specific plans, and he is the one with the most important area (Noumea)...

Hi guys sorry I've been away. Yes, if I ever go MIA please feel free to do the turn, it's only 1 round so unlikely anything would be crucial. It seems my weekends are going to be a little unpredictable for a while.
I am back around and if I get a chance (no meetings) I will do the turn in a few minutes. If Robert beats me to it (i.e. I get sucked into meetings) that is ok too.
