There's not an easy solution.

I would have to go back and see if I can set up a 12:2 attack which still includes the units I would want to have as potential loss takers. Roll the dice and apply the result. If attacker is disorganised we would then need to modify the game file to disorganise the other units that would have been in the attack. Irrespective of result, the game file would need modifying to disorganise the Japanese LND.

If someone wants to take that on, then fine but not for me.

The odds wouldn't have had to be exactly 12:2. The combat table for the attack would have been 5:1, so anything that ended in a 5:1 would have worked.

Anyway. Since no one can think of an easy fix we go on as is. No need to delay this further. We just has to put it down to things sometimes happens and move on. In this case moving on with the game.

In short: Continue game with the automatic attack.

Role the dice, go on with the automatic attack. No bug shall stop us.
