Br 54 Brigade at Butuan still has '41 squads and not very many of them but does have her heavy equipment. They are still attached to III Indian Corps so if I attach the to USFFE and put them in rest with USFFE in Malaybalay will they upgrade? Or do I have to move them back to Malaybalay?
