OK Jenson outqualifies Fernando....wasn't expecting that. McLaren are making up ground though. Red Bull and Torro Rosso right up there.......they gonna stop talking about getting out of the sport now? Look how quickly that changed! According to Ricciardo, the Renault engine between Australia and Malaysia was like night and day. How quickly things can change!

My prediction - Hamilton to win......but please, please, please, shave your head Lewis, I'm fed up of you needing to fiddle with your follicles every time you get out of the car....sheesh!

Having not managed to win last year (thanks to being blown away by his teammate) I'd almost forgot how irritating Vettel is - with his stupid finger and high-pitched voice on the radio after a win.

But then he goes and does something that manages to irritate and grate even more [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

Well, I'm italian. So I'm a Ducati (Dovizioso & Iannone...[&o]), Aprilia and Ferrari fan. Vettel surprise me. But I think that whitout the first pit at fourth lap, Hamilton can win the race, maybe with Vettel second, but I'm not sure. My hope is to see Lewis in red, but I don't think Mercedes staff are fools. Never say never. Go Kimi!

Not according to Toto Wolff. He reckons the ability of the Ferrari to make the tyres last means that they probably would have won anyway......[:(]

Unlike the problems he faced in Malaysia, that was a good first day for Lewis - comfortably fastest in both sessions. Worryingly though the tyres on the Ferrari were out lasting the Mercedes [&:]

1- Hamilton
2- Rosberg
3/4/5/6- Ferrari/Williams (with Ferrari a little better, 'cause of his pilots)

Re the race I hope you are right, but everyone thought Mercedes had the legs on Ferrari last time out so not over confident....

Indeed. Reporters are sent to these events so they must write stories.

At the same time I never liked champagne spraying. To me it is not festive, it is simply a waste.
