As near as I can tell from observing the results of this attack: Nate's are positively useless. I need to pull these guys back to Japan for
some accellerated training.

This looks like what we in the infantry command community call a stand-off. I'm loosing more people than he is from my attacks. I
wonder what would happen if I bombard instead of attack. It may be that I'm going to have to wheel a bunch more combat units into there
to make any headway. D'oh.

Do you guys remember TF 47 - the computer controlled TF that was to go to Cam Ranh Bay and unload it's cargo before returning to
Palembang? Well, it's finally arrived at CRB and it seems to be unloading. I'm not sure yet because the load it has is the max it can
carry. So it may or may not be unloading. I'll watch it in future turns.

More on TF 47. I checked the traffic screen for Cam Ranh Bay and TF 47 is not docked. It's still at sea according to the traffic screen.
So computer control isn't working for me the way I want it to so I'm going to be wary using it in the future. TF 47 goes to manual control
starting now.

I just ordered TF 57 to land at Mersing w/ it's supplies. The port isn't damaged there like Kuantan is. And the British air threat isn't what
it used to be. There's reportedly 5 fighters left at Singapore and what bombers there are look to be in Georgetown at the moment. So
I'm thinking it might be safe to land at Mersing. Bring the supplies that much closer to the front lines.

Here's what Yokahoma traffic looks like now. Lots of inbound traffic. Some of the inbound traffic isn't labeled Yokahoma yet because I'm
still giving them direction vectors rather than a destination. I'll try to convert all those to destinations so that the traffic screens will be all
that more accurate. And when I look for the traffic I'll see all of it not just those in close.

Um.........I'm seeing all kinds of good unarmed unescorted Allied ship traffic and I decided to combine the two subs into the
same task force just to make the "Torps" number bigger. I have no idea what it is supposed to represent but bigger seems better.
So.....

Truk is just about to receive a 10K+ slug of fuel which is a really good thing because Truk is down to like 40K in fuel. Which is really low
for a major hub. I want to run the hubs at about 100K of everything during the rest of the war with the single exception which is the early
war months when the pipeline wasn't full yet and everything harvested is rushed to the home islands. Which might be the way it is for the
rest of the war.....I donno. We'll see. I'll be sure and post my opinion. Which is that I seem to be doing pretty good so far. With the
exception of the loss of the DMS ships it's been relatively smooth sailing. But that could come crashing down with the economy being
especially vulnerable. Except that the rise of the Allied might is a curve that graphs the strength of ( or number of ) units available for
deployment and it's going to rise almost exponentially and pretty soon now. I'm just about through capturing stuff I'm gathering. Jim is
putting more and more TF's to the task of moving people to the threatened islands and I can't quite scrap up enough people to man what
I've already grabbed. My front line ......it's a crust with almost nothing in the middle.

I just now found some arty at Cebu that desperately needs to be moved down to the southern end of Java. Some arty guns might get the
advance moving again. They need them in Manila too, but Java has none and Manila has some already.

TF 129 is carrying the 62nd Inf Div to Port Moresby and it looks to be about 4, maybe 5 days away still. It's looking like they will just have
to hold out for that long. Jim has an LCU creaping toward PM and should arrive there any day now. Then I'll be outnumbered even
worse. I'd hate to lose those people now after all this. That naval bombardment might have changed something in a good way. Maybe
even more naval bombardments would be a really good thing.

Edit: I had a better look at the map and, I'm sure you saw it too, that LCU that Jim has creaping up to PM arrived there already and the
bombardment last night took him as a target as well as the original guys that were there already. Mouseover says he has about 8K+
troops there now. I'm not at all sure what I have but it's not nearly that many. Boosting the speed of the TF won't help either because the Max speed and the Mission speed are the same, I looked already.

Pecadores has received a large chunk of supplies which is a good thing because Pescadores was down to like 25K of supplies. Now the
problem is finding dock space for all of that.

Um.....I would be posting stuff to this AAR but Jim hasn't sent me the turn back yet so I don't have much to do. I guess I could give you
guys a tour of the China situaton. Yeah, like I'd actually do that.
