He got a wee bit too close. I think that TF had been waiting patiently for the KB to leave the area.

I'd like to say that in the case of Djojakarta I didn't realize that it didn't have any port capacity. If I had I might not have executed the plan to capture it. Now Raiden may have been thinking "Djojakarta isn't very useful and that gorn isn't that stupid so I'll leave it open". Let this be a lesson to you all, if you out think your opponent you may be giving him the advantage.

Yes, Chickenboy, I'm very diligent in attempting to not out think my opponent.

And yes, I've been succeeding brilliantly, I know.

10/21/42 On the way to bombard Namlea, a TF takes care of business at Ambon.

Valiant is not in evidence (see post #571) but that doesn't prove she sank.

A good day for whom? Gorn, your leash just got a lot shorter. Perform or perish!

Apparently the last series of posts I made were lost. I dumped them and don't propose to try and reconstruct them. Wyrmm just keeps sending me turns and I'll never get time for that. Boy I hate that, there was some good stuff and some interesting stuff there.

Please forgive me, those posts are still on my desktop, I just haven't had time to prepare them and post them. As Roseanne Roseannadanna put it, "Never mind".
