I've fixed a couple of bugs (#17 & #18) with the Hierarchy Module's Commander Inventory Dialog: The "Edit" button causes a CTD if there were no commanders in the inventory. That's fixed. Also, editing the commanders in the inventory caused the buttons on the bottom to shift, resulting in wrong actions when pushed. That's been fixed.

I've completed the updating of my Savo Island 1942 scenario. This is the 12th scenario I've updated so far.
