I disagree, Cap'n. I consider this a prime example of unnecessary redundancy in the written language.

Now gentlemen, you all know there are jackasses outside of the halls of Congress, but for all within, perhaps I can concede quilt for uttering an oxymoron:).

I heard that the debate over eliminating the future funding of that particular department was the root cause of the SuperCommitee's failure to reach an agreement...[8|]
Hey, Cap, I vote you go for a progressive land-based air and carrier assault ASAP on those dedicated Occupy Wall Street activist-types presently camping offshore of Perth and Geraldton ---but only. of course, if you promise that they can subsequently deploy their liferafts there indefinitely, you refrain from the use of pepper-spray-loaded SBDs, and you promise to forgive all the student loan debt they acquired at Etajima...

I believe that the good Captain has been very clear in indicating that the clown college that so many of these 'occupy' sorts aspire was located on Haha Jima, not Etajima. [:-]

The Haha Jima International Yiddish College of Comedy is (of course) for-profit . Unfortunately, graduates from this esteemed institution have a high default rate on their student loans.
No. 54 Sqdrn, RAF, is assigned, oddly, to RAAF restricted command and can upgrade to Sea Hurricanes.
Could we really convert to Sea Hurricanes, change to a non-restricted command and assign them to a carrier?

Right...now imagine we really wanted to go looooong on a diversionary attack.
What kind of defenses might we find at Paramhiro-Jima?
Also, pretend I didn't read the rule book. What are the effects of Winter on an amphibious attack? Also, when does winter start? Also, what about the invasion of the homeland trigger? Does it include the Kuriles?
Also, where can I find the inventory of winterized Quonset huts?

It's a good sign, as far as I'm concerned. Going from single A coverage to AA coverage is a definite boon. If you can get three A's wedged in there (e.g., RAAAF) or at the very least, RAAaF / RAAA-F, that would further mitigate your military investment risks.

Guys, guns, things that go boom and make life miserable for enemies. The usual. What does recon tell you, oh fearless leader of the digital free world?

Heap big disruption penalties when unloading. Fatigue significantly higher too.
Also, when does winter start?
When it gets cold?
Also, what about the invasion of the homeland trigger?
What about it?

Yes.

Check with the Peruvians. IIRC, they got a sweetheart deal on these babies in WWIIb.

There is a very good disscussion in Canoerebel's threat about PJ. Bascally it is
impossible to take by force, or reoccupy in the winter. Any amount of force no matter how good the odds will either find themseves drowning in the freezing surf, or be completely 100% disrupted requiring a bugs bunny like single light tap to shatter ...

These ratings would be made by the same reliable, impartial, disinterested agencies that thought so highly of bundled sub-prime mortgage securities in 2005-2006?
Why do I get the sinking feeling M&M Enterprises has somehow gotten into the air command/investment bond rating business...

I was wondering that myself. I suspect Admiral Lord Sprior may be on a secrret mission for the Special Boat Service.
