The M4A2 Sherman Tank began production this month, but the M4 Sherman Tank has no upgrade path. Not sure if that is meant or an error in the now >5 year old scenario we are playing. I should alert matt in case it is an error and still extent in Babes.

Home Islands west. At Kumamoto more building plus almost all of that division is unloaded.
Fukuoka: Another infantry division has arrived and is setting off at once to the SE. There, I have decided to attack tomorrow with just the armor and see if we can catch a trough in the waves of Imperial units withdrawing and sieze the hex.
Nagasaki/Sasebo defenders had 272 AV yesterday. Suppression from the air made all the difference as the defenders started the land combat phase with pretty much 0 AV and were overcome even by the smaller force attacking today.
Kagoshima: Someone forgot to get the general attack order notarized. Heads are gonna roll.

Home Islands east. All the Tsu invasion units are beginning to load aboard transports. All are at the same port so let's see how long this takes. The AGC with Amphibious Force HQ afloat that supported the Kumamoto invasion was reassigned a few days ago to Tsu. Landing ship convoys with B**3 will make ready at Okinawa. Our best USN carrier fighter squadron is upgrading to the brand new F4U-4 model Corsair. With somewhat better maneuverability and a top speed of 425 mph I'm looking forward to getting more groups upgraded.

Home Islands east. All units for Tsu are loaded! Supply loading underway. Formidale now has 54 Hellcat F.II on board in 2x 27 plane squadrons and is heading for Taihoku to join up with the other RN carriers.
