I commented originally to RENATO and it was a mild (perhaps not very funny) joke. Did you see the smiley? We are a real jokey bunch around here. AND remember that some of the rest of the world does not necessarily feel the same as some Americans. That doesn't make either side right or wrong, just different.
I'm sorry I didn't take you as seriously as you do yourself ... I will be more careful in future.

You might want to consider that given that state of despondency over watching our country self immolate, the almost 50% of our population that hasn't been brainwashed by the liberal media, might just be a little depressed, disillusioned and not too much in the mood for jokes right now.

Sorry for the fact that I am a bundle of raw nerves, but I am seriously wondering how long it will be before I have to start studying the Koran. Now that we have put the antimilitary party in power in the middle of a war how do you expect the few of us in this sociecty who have some knowledge and understanding of the history of war to react?

I should probably just stay away from forums with international participation for a while till I get over this deep state of depresssion.

There's nothing wrong with a government who doesn't want to wage war on everyone.

And before you or any other right wing fascists come in here tearing my head off, I'm neither left, right or centre...I simply hate seeing life wasted...and when you consider how many of the wars and conflicts waged over the years have been political, then you understand the huge waste of human life in the name of politics.
 
There are plenty of countries around the world that need a helping hand...bombing them isn't the fucking answer.

My intention wasn't to label you as a fascist. I don't know you from Adam, so would have no right to suggest such. Reviewing my post it appears that is what I meant, it was not what I meant.

To return to one of the other more appropriate subjects of this thread... I also think, without national prejudices, that everyone using the royal measuring system should convert to the metric system. But I must say that in a HISTORICAL game, I don't really mind the royal system... actually, this is the only position that I don't mind for it... where it belongs, in history. [:'(]
