Well I just ordered it, went to digital downlaod and got an error message....reported to matrix.
Error Message Number: 30014 - 4
Hmmmm.....

well I can only tell you I had the same problem - I went to their support page and filled in my order number and it gave another "download button" which worked all right this time -
I'm at 13% as we speak

Ok an email tells me my order was not completed and i should reorder.... but its time for bed, maybe by the morning things will be smoother.

Oh well, got my email with the order number on... downloading now.... 2+ hours so will be here for me when I wake up.
