Dahnyul as WA sends F42 turn to Dobeln as Germany.

Japan rulest the Pacific. Small strikes on transport routes is only hope to slow down the destruction they dispense at will. American fly boys encounter the toughest floating fortress ever in the south pacific. It sustains heavy attack, as Allies accomplish nothing but the waste of scarce fuel.

The Allies welcome Portugal to the fight for freedom.

Germany - Winter 43 - Dobeln

The offensive in the East continues, as Germany begins to smash the last Soviet strongholds. An isolated pocket of resistance holds out in Stalingrad - for now. Preparations for what promises to be the final spring offensive are now underway.

In the middle east, German forces begin their offensive south, into Iraq. Egypt is reinforced with several Panzer divisions.

Japan - Winter 43: Raiders are caught and dealt with in the Philippine Sea. The IJN continues with strikes on and around Fiji. Port Moresby is liberated. AV is in sight.

SU winter ´43. Nothing much to report, snow is falling, so does the SU [8|]...

Germany - Spring 43

The last Soviet Strongholds fall, as the Stalingrad pocket is eliminated, and the last Soviet factory in Siberia is captured by the advancing panzers in a fierce clash of arms. OKW considers effective Soviet resistance to have ceased. Hitler declares may 15:th "Victory in the east day".

In the Middle East, "Operation Banana Schplitt" leads to the utter elimination of all British forces west of Persia.

Japan: Spring '43 - The US makes a dive and occupies Okinawa. IJN is forced to turn and deal a blow to the extended supply chain.

Belated AAR.

As indicated British stumble by not retreating to a position from which they could fall back. Poor decision.

In the Pacific, the Americans, feeling the pressure in the south from the Japanese Carriers pushes toward Japan to relieve pressure. Likely another failure.

Brrrrr what a defeat![:D] SU has not a single factory left standing...

Allies have enough troops to move around the map, but not enough to bring to bear upon anything very important.

Japan - Summer 43: Continuing our game of Whack-a-mole the IJN continues to track down and destroy the USN. Numerous transports and light fleets are killed. Pearl Harbor is attacked and the remainder of their Naval Air is damaged or destroyed.

Germany consolidates, all opposition in the east having ceased. India is looking tempting...

SU rolls over and fake dead until the bear leaves[:D]. China is trying to muster some supplies/troops...

If the Axis are at 83 or above at the end of the WA turn then Auto Victory should end the game.
Make sure AV is turned on in the game settings.
Did the WA damage any axis resources/factorys?
Did they sink any transports that are linking resources?

Either of those will bring the score down thus preventing AV for that turn.

The last few turns the AV has been at 85 when I sent it off to Kondor. I just figured that maybe things had changed during Danyul's turn to bring it back below 83. Maybe Danyul or Dobeln know if the WA turn has ended with the AV above 83.

I am not sure, but I also belive that score was not below 83 at all times... Probably the AV is not checked. Dobeln?

I have AV on as a standard setting... I hope... *gulp*

I do believe that the victory meter never goes down though - it shows the high water mark, not the current victory level. So it's completely possible that it's staying below 83 - for now  

Could the WA player post a screenshot of the Victory Points Score screen at the end of his turn?

At the end of Spring 43, AV level was knocked down to 79, I think.
At the end of Summer 43, this turn, it was only down to 81.

However, the nasty Axis keeping building up more Victory Points. How annoying.

And yes, AV is on. I loaded up the file I was sent, AFTER doing posting my response, and I did nothing but advance the phases, and sure enough, AV kicked in just fine, so be patient evil Axis minions: I sure it is only another turn or two at most until you get your victory.
