AGS turn 10 done, sent to Soviet NW

Another turn of massacres in the Kiev area.  Over 31,000 Russian production cost units were eliminated against a cost of about 4,000 for the Germans. The Kiev factories are now producing for Germany and the front is considerably east and southeast from Kiev.

Turn 11 to AGC.

Running out of Russian forces in my sector. On to Siberia! Or, should I try to steal Moscow before Giacomo can get to it?

Another 30,000 construction points worth of Russian troops killed, this time against heavier German losses of about 9,000 points.

Konotop and Lubny in German hands and  marching east at full speed. Still some Russian units on the east side of the Dnieper to eliminate.

Turn 11 sent to Sov SW.

Nice breakthrough by 2nd and 3rd Panzer Armies SW of Tula. AGN threatens Moskva from the north. Strategic map shows overwhelming German strength overall. Where is the good news? We need winter and it's only August :P

Jeeze, my home PC crashed on Saturday so it is in the shop for repairs. Can the turn wait for a week or alternatively I would be happy for JJDenver/Barthheart to take over my turn and I will give them my password?

Let me know what you want to do.

Thanks and apolgies for the wait.

Given that I'm doing well and want to continue, the greedy bastard in me says let John play Bulldog's turn. Given that the Russian players (other than John) are on the ropes, the competitor in me says wait. Given that three days already past, another week will make ten, and that bad things generally happen to PBEM games that are delayed too long, the pragmatist in me says let John play the turn.

So, that's two votes for John playing the turn, and (counting Vance) two. Or, simply one for and one against, if you wish to discount my schizophrenia...[;)]

Well I would like to move the game along but really I think the Axis are close to a crushing victory so I don't think it's a huge hurry - I'd say wait for him to play his own turn. I don't want to be blamed for the bad things that are happening lol!!

What can I say? I'm a glutton...[;)]

It's okay, either way, with me. I just wanted to point out the inherent danger of waiting, but as long as everyone is still good to go after the delay, then I am too.

Thats a good point, I could let Barthheart have a few turns and if he messes up then I can blame my failure on him [:D].

I am hoping to get my PC back by the weekend. Can't wait to spend hours reinstalling everything [:(].

Thanks for the wait guys.

You probably won't need to do that. If(when?) I collapse all the Sov. players can blame me......[:(]

AGS Turn 12 done,  sent to Soviet NW.

The killing has diminished with not so many Russian troops in sight for now.  Approaching Kursk, and Dnepropetrovsk from the northwest on the east side of the Dnieper.
