Shame when a game breaks down. People should explain why they are not playing for a while be it holidays or illness. It's not really fair to the other players.

Anyone know who has the turn?

I dont know who has the turn. And why did Mehring get out of the game?

Mehring left because the game is not moving along. No one seems to know where the game is and the person who has the game hasn't answered in the forum.
I still hope that the game will still move on again.

Mehring got out of the game because it has a contingent that don't communicate. I can't speak for anyone else, but they've spoiled it for me.

Sorry to see the game go. Its a petty, it happens everytime i try to play japan. Your nations wakes up, thinking lets have some fun. Then you play 6-7 boring turns thinking about your glorius warplans and then someone surrenders because of war in russia, vacations or whatnot.
 
I am not blaming anyone, its just really anoying when you want to play japan in WAW. 

Well, someone's responsable for the game stopping. If the rest of us can agree on a way of playing which prevents this happening again- (all5n's Iron Age "contract"  is a good starter in my view) I'm all for starting a new game.

Seems difficult to get a group together where players have enough respect (sounds like an odd old word, but dont take it too old fashioned, please [;)]) of each other for not breaking up without message or keeping others waiting for turns with no information why there is a delay and how long it will take.

Anyway, if you will start another game and need a player, just tell me, if you like. Would be nice.
