Turn 7 to China - I will be in Barcelona drinking Sangria and eating Tapas and will not be back home until Sunday, so in case I get the turn before that, there may be a delay.

t7 to USA

Turn 7 done and sent to NATO.

More bombings in Russia and China. Small surprise in Russia....[;)]

Presision bombings in East Germany.

Small landing in Greece/Albania.

Vietnam bombed heavily. Saigon flattened.

NATO turn 8 done and send.
 
NATO is reteating at all fronts. Units get smaller while Warshaw Pact is doing heavy attacks supported by air. NATO counter attacks are becoming less successful. Air strikes are not as effective as before due a strong fighter shield that causes several losses of NATO planes (but WP looses planes too). Southern and middle Germany are overrun. First WP units crossed the Rhine.

Turn 8 to China. Frankfurt falls and some irritating paratroopers cause some delays in force build up in Europe as some troops have to clean up the mess behind the lines [:)].

Note to Grymme: THis scenario really needs the "War of Convienence" cards from GPW. As it is now Russia can take all of Nato except a 1 hex border around Europe so the US can't attack.

Well, this is one of major, no MAJOR, flaws of AT. You can't really have a true ally in an MP game as there's no way to allow you ally to really help you out. As it stands now, the US will spend their time in Belgium eating clams and fries and getting wasted on Trappist beer while the Commies occupy the rest of Europe. Unfortunately, Vic has been pretty clear about that this will not be "fixed" in AT but "will have to wait for the next title". This is very unfortunate as this make >2 MP game kind of pointless to play, not to mention highly unrealistic. Until this has been addressed. I will most likely stay away from MP's where you are supposed to have "real" allies and not only "non-aggression / lend-lease" arrangements.
