In your Paraguay defenses, maybe you'd need in one of the scenarios where Brazil have at least 3 units, to have the CAV (because of its speed) be setup in a way it threatens to capture Paraguay's capital in 1-2 moves, to compel Paraguay to leave 1 unit at its capital ?ORIGINAL: peskpesk
