Looks interesting... Cat Lord do you know if there are any improvements for pbem (such as pbem security/improved file swap)? Ageod games are some of my favorite games that I never play. [:D]
There have been no change since RoP, no.
Cat
Unfortunately ... I hoped to some PBEM improvements

Cat Lord, I'm having problems with installing the demo. It's locking up when I try to extract the files from the folder. Any advice?
Can you report the problem on our tech forum, please ?

One thing for sure, is to extract the .exe from the zip in another folder, first.
Then run the .exe. Trying to run the .exe from inside the zip is sure to cause problem.
If extracting from the zip does not work, the download may be corrupt and you may have to download it again.

I posted this over on the AGEOD forums as well, but I was eventually able to get the demo installed properly. I'm not sure what the problem was (corrupted downloads? I don't know), but I'm and running now!

Not going to have much time to try this out before the holiday (Thanksgiving in the USA on 25NOV), but ideologies aside, I find the opening music (The Internationale) to be quite stirring!

Hi guys,
We will host the demo here tomorrow as well and I encourage everyone to give it a try. In my opinion, this is really a fascinating subject and a well done game.
Regards,

Does Matrix have a release date for this? The store page just says "coming soon".

What a refreshing and pertinent game subject. I always wanted to play the likes of Trotsky and Tukhachevsky and I'll probably get this, good luck.

The demo is impressive. Seems much richer than BoAII in terms of detail, options. If this were WWII, it would give the upcoming WitE a run for it's money. Wow.

You might want to give the demo a try - I don't think he's far off, it's an impressive game on a complex and rarely modeled war.

I'm not playing the demo anytime soon on this connection. 632Mb @ 42 kb/s? Pfff....[8|]

Well not quite WitE.
Get the file quicker at File Shack.
Even the demo can be modded, and it's good for a couple of nights play.

I'll certainly get it, though not until next week.
