Here's the state of the rail lines so far. Green are the rail lines. Cyan areas are those that have single digit supply levels. Those are the areas that need immediate attention. I'm supposing that it's probably best if every area have at least double digit supply before I just devote the RR engineers to any one line of advance. And there may come a time to do that.

For those of you who don't know I have two web sites up and running. One is for the AAR's from my game with Dave. The other is for scenario's you might not have....you can download them from my site.
The first site is at:
http://65.101.188.183
And the second is at:
http://65.101.188.183:443
The bad news is that I'm taking them down on 01 DEC 2010 due to lack of interest. Nobody is visiting my site(s) except maybe two guys and I need to revamp the first site anyway to reflect the AAR's from THIS game. I'll do that and bring the site back up when it's ready again.

Did you find everything you wanted? I don't have *everything* but I do have quite a collection. I've been to Rugged Design, GameSquad, etc. to find the latest and greatest and I'm happy with what I found. Except for
Pacific War. I've discovered that that particular scenario doesn't like 3.4 very much. It freezes whenever it tries to calculate the reinforcements for the Allied turn. Dang. I liked that scenario too.

Yep! Got 'er all and more, eh? I'll have to set-up a file sharing system like yours and then you could have the choice of the scenarios I've collected....got some you've not had on the folders!
As to 3.4 and Pacific War, maybe the published patch will make a difference, tho I haven't tried it under 191 (I think...). Did you ever try it under the 3.2 version? I remember Ralph saying it was all about waiting long enough, but one tends to run out of patience after 10 mins or so, eh?

Hey that's a good idea. What with the cost of file servers now a days ( free for some of them ) I think maybe I should have just uploaded all those scenarios onto a file server and just publish the links for them here on the forum. Or if you'd rather you can turn your computer into a file server using one of the free web server programs available like I did. The one I'm using runs on Java so I had to install the Java runtime. But hey, I learned how to program in Java so I'm not complaining. You can find web servers like this one:
http://tjws.sourceforge.net/ to use. I re-wrote the one I'm using so I guess you could use mine as well. I'll send it to you with instructions on how to use it if you'd like.

Yeah, but I left it running over night one time and it STILL was calculating in the morning. So.....

This is a picture of the Das Reich on their way to their next mission. They just finished up their last task and they have the rest of this warm pre-winter day to make it to a spot 12 miles away. There they will encamp and the next morning they will awake at 03:00 and move silently to their staging area for a short briefing and then breakfast just before they jump off on an armed recon walk to a meeting engagement probably.

I got only one combat round this turn so nothing moved on the entire map. I've provided some combat results so you can see what kind of combat results I'm getting. Here's a picture of Earnest Stiner the Axis's newest tank ace near Leningrad. He's getting an award pinned on his sleeve. He will be dead in a week.

Well, Kevin and I are through all the mud turns. *This* AAR is for turn 42 since that's the first "active" NON-mud turn and I've posted the AAR to a file server here:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/9ic384b34 ... n%2042.zip
Not much happened though. This AAR is 17MBytes big because I'm including most of the attack results for those of you who like to analyse attack results. I'm going to
go through the attack results myself to see how many ( on average ) tactical bombers it takes to disentrench a Soviet arty unit. I'm guessing that it's between two and three
or something like that ( depending on what else is in the hex with the arty tubes ).

I've done some calculations and have decided that I will start to loose ground combat power ( faster ) when about 11 more turns have elapsed. Here's a picture to show my calculations:
Larry, could you explain your calculations to those of us, like me, who are less experienced?
RE: Vanilla FITE Kevin VS Larry T12

Okie dokie. I've lost 9443 HRS squads in 12 turns so 9443 divided by 12 = 786 HRS squads per turn are lost. But I build 428 HRS squads per turn so 786 - 428 = 360 HRS squads per turn are lost net. I have on hand 4037 HRS squads so 4037 divided by 360 = about 11 turns until those on hand will "run out". And 11 turns at 1/2 week per turn = about 1.5 months of game time.
