Okay, I learned a lot while writing this boot camp. Mostly I learned how to attempt to organize the data to present it to you. So I started a second document sort of a strategy guide which I am working on now.

Hmm, server seems a bit busy...

Hmm, I'm caught in a loop of advertisements and pop-ups at the 'download' site and can't get to anywhere that actually lets me download the file. I've adjusted my pop-up settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

The d/l button is at the bottom of the page. Click pdf.file, scroll down to "download now with Filefactory basic" (that is until Matrix has the file on its servers), type the two anti-spam words, press "enter", wait 30 seconds..., press download file again.
Servers still busy, and the popups are.... annoying to say the least. [:@]

/Just got it at 300 Kb per sec.

Would you care if I also placed it on a Mediafire download link until something easier is found? Mediafire doesn't have near the bandwidth restrictions that File Factory does.
