Tula is within reach. Fresh panzers arrive from Germany.
We also take the time to surround some infantry. So far we have not captured or destroyed many Soviet units.

Objective achieved, I don't think this pocket will be broken. We even managed to overrun 3 Armament in Lipetsk.
With one more turn of good weather we could grab substantial territory here.
