It's a Wonderful Life by far. I never watched it until I was in my late 20's and was amazed at how dark and risque it was especially considering the era.

What a hottie.

Watched Nativity with the usually excellent Martin Freeman. Expected little, but this was a surprisingly enjoyable, funny, feel-good Christmas movie [:)]

We're doing the marathon thing too. It's still just as funny as the first time I saw it.

Well, I like pretty much all that were mentioned. I always catch the following:

1. It's a Wonderful Life.
2. A Christmas Story - A comment on this. It reminds me very much of The Sandlot, because it portrays kids a lot like we were when we were that age. I remember the daring and all that.
3. Christmas Carol. I like either the 30s one or the 50s one. I never know when either are coming on, so I just catch whichever one is on when I can.

Going to go in a little different direction on this one...

4. Ben Hur: A Tale of The Christ 1959 version with Heston. It always gets me when he comes back and the old friend is saying, "Let us laugh again. I would like to laugh again.... among the cobwebs." And he starts crying.

Great classic. Charlton Heston was an excellent actor. Fought for right to bear arms for the NRA near the end of his life too. Movies mean more to me when the main actors are respectable citizens. Unlike the Lindsay Lohan's of the Hollywood cesspool.
