OK, looks like alliances are forming, etc. Right now, The Republic (me) is allied to The States and Nippon. Not telling anyone else what to do, but perhaps it would make for a better game if the other three nations allied...just trying to avoid a 4v2 situation, etc. Not a game breaker, but just in the interest of fairness and possibly a better game...

Alliance accepted, another one sent to New Union who thankfully appear to have landed next to me and can support, relieeef. This may not be so bad, the states has by and far the most production (but similar force rating, so that means hes going for PPs there allies!) but his two allies appear to have given up production to this behemoth? Thier numbers have declined and are the lowest.
Our alliance has mid range production, but appears to equal out to just a little lower than the ebil States and their cronies production, so we arent totally boned.
Need to formulate a plan of attack if were going to level the playing field.

I was quite lucky to reach my cities early on but as you can see production is levelling out. In regard to VPs we seem to even end up with a slight disadvantage.
So don't believe the wicked soviet propaganda! [:D]
