The price at cheack out was full price for Battles in Normandy,so I bought Combat Mission Normandy instead[:D]Im not paying $32 for an 8 year old game.
US $49.99 is regular price. $32 is the sale price.
My bad,I just realized last column is savings, not price.$32 is still too much for the game.$17 is more like it.

Here something new for me here. For a long time I haven't spend most of money at the Steam Christmas Sale but instead at other places like Gog.com and Matrixgames. However this is largely to my purchase of War in the Pacific AE. The 4.99$ for the Panzer Corps DLC carry little weight. [:)]
Still this, the Witcher 2 and a couple of other old school RPG's from GOG where my most satisfying purchases.
Thanks for that!

Yep, GOG put a dent in my wallet this year too. Matrix probably will too. Right now I am looking at Advanced Tactics Gold, Conflict of Heroes: Awakening the Bear!, Strategic War in Europe, and Scourge of War - Gettysburg. Trying to decide which to buy. Will probably end up getting two or three of them. SoW - G is probably one of the losers, since it isn't on sale and no reason to buy before the 14th.

I made the same mistake on another game (which I didn't buy for the same reasoning - too many $$$ for an old game). I respect the right of Matrix to sell its games for the price that it wants but perhaps next time make it clearer which column is the sale price? I don't care about the illusory value of "savings". I just want to know what it will cost me.
