My forces in the North continue to press your infantry units back while keeping the pressure up on the remaining 2 pounders there.

In the Middle and in the South, my forces seem stuck for the moment, due to the 40mm AA troika on the hilltop in the middle of your lines. One of my cavalry units managed to spot them, so I'll be sending some special deliveries their way very soon! :D

The Brits up north don't give up that easy, killing some SS troopers and assaulting the Stugs (with no results :( )

The 40mm plt shoots up some cavarly, then bugs out to relocate.
Now you see them, now you don't :)

Technology is great when it works! I'll keep an eye out for the email. (Sometimes MSN takes its time about getting new emails into my inbox.)

Well, it looks like the Brittish Special Forces are about as useful as their Geman counterpart. All those Sigs have me worried a little. Let's see if you can get some use out of them.

South is holding, for now. Another PzIIIe on the hill destroyed, some casualties among your 88 crews.
North flank falling back and regrouping, desperate for support.
(more 40mm or 8inch would've been nice)

The Southern front is still in a stalemate, due to the 8 inch howitzers' effect on my troops.

In the center, the Luftwaffe managed to take out the one 40 mm AA gun that failed to bug out on the hill. Foot units are closing in on the two 2 pounders and their vickers MG protector.

In the North, my forces continue their steady advance.

More of the same :)
Two more Panzers destroyed down south, big mess in the north.
Looks like the Gemans are setting up another line of advance near the middle as well...

Well, one of my Pz IIIs took a direct hit from one of your 2 pounders from one hex away, and survived to hose the AT's crew down with its MGs. Another 2 pounder in the South fell victim to my atty. That's about it this turn.

Almost thought we'd lost you there...
Good to see you back :)
I'll be back in a couple of hours, gotta go eat first.

BTW Should you need more time for your turns, just say so. I don't mind waiting, but I don't like wondering why. I'd rather start up another battle to pass the time between turns ;)

Sorry about my being AWOL. I had to take off for a few days to deal with some personal business. I'll try not to take off without some notice in the future.

Sometimes real life really has priority over SPWAW, so no harm done.
Thing is, I really want to start another game, but I just don't have the time playing more than 2-3 turns a day :(

Some 2pder crews up north really want their gun back.
Only problem is, they managed to get it stuck in a Stug's tracks :D.

Don't 'ya just hate it when that happens? :D

In the North, my forces have stumbled on the hiding place of a couple of 25 pounders in the woods.

In the center, my cavalry and panzers eliminated a HMG and inflicted heavy casualties on a HQ unit.

In the South, my forces are still trying to get their sh*t together. That 8 incher that keeps pounding them is a pain in the butt!

Killed some cavalry and those bloody speccies I forgot about.
One of the 25pders you saw took out a PzII.
Lots of shooting, few hits.
I'd better think of something soon, or I'm gonna be in trouble.

Yes, your 25 pounders are in deep sh*t! One down, one with serious casualties and a couple of unwelcome visitors. The other two identified and in line for some Krupp steel. One British sniper, a platoon HQ, and a couple of crews were eliminated in the North and center as well.

In the South one Cruiser MkII CS went by by. Lots of shooting down there, but not much effect. One Matilda took a direct hit from a 150mm gun and just shrugged it off!

In the North, another 25 pounder, a 2 inch mortar unit, and some infantry go bye-bye!

The South remains static, in spite of several Matildas itching to move forward. :D

Finally a bit of luck for the Brits. Destroyed two Sigs, a PzIII and a Stug crew in the south. This ain't over yet...

In the North, my KG continues to run into sporadic British defences. A couple of infantry squads and bren carriers were destroyed.

In the South, the battle of attrition continues with the destruction of another Matilda II and another 2 pounder.

Not much to report in the Center.

**** your 88s! I'll have the crews rogered with their own shells
Lost another Mattie but took two Sigs and that 6/2 flak in exchange.
The north is yours, and it looks like you're in control of the map center. I see you found a good spot for more tillie-killers...
Just stay there until the 8incher crews get back from their tea ;)
