Mitchell, I only buy physical (boxed) games, not downloads and I prefer to support Matrix if the game is available here. Matrix and company have done more for PC gaming (especially wargaming) and I want them to be around publishing and producing for a long, long time!

i agree totally - i love getting the physical copies of the Matrix Games also and have happily spent quite alot on getting these. I guess it was just in case that was an option for anyone interested and from what i have read Making History Gold sounds good as well.
I am not familiar with where i guess profits go as i had thought that Matrix Games would get something from the sale of Making history 2 anywhere but perhaps it would go to developer? or does it just go to Gamersgate?

These two new deals look interesting. I've never played or owned them [&:], can I get some comments, game play and opinions on "Tin Soldiers: Julius Caesar" and "Tin Soldiers: Alexander the Great"? How do they load and run in Win 7? Thanks!

Just ordered "Close Combat: Wacht am Rhein"...looks great!!

I owned a bridge too far and always wanted more of em, never was going to pay $50 for a game that's years old though and lacks the MUST HAVE factor like AE does to me, definitely will pick both of these up though on sale.

Fwiw it's worth I also pre ordered Rome 2 and want to pick up EUIV, I just don't have time for all these games and doing well on my first classes for my MBA ugh... I love the sales Matrix but there are to many games out right now, I can't figure out how to fit them all in! [:D]

Seriously... it's a good time to be a gamer imho.

I buy my games now and play them in the cold dark winter nights.... well I do until the power fails [:D]
