M/A 40 japanese ground strike on units in the south. The japanese naval bomber shot down the chinese fighter!!!

Italy's turn at ground strikes. Wavell learns how effective Italy's bombers are the hard way.

With the use of an offensive chit the German units achieve a breakthru of the french lines.

Here is a shot of a round of naval combat in the Western Med. Both sides took a lot of damage. But the CW did sink 2 Italian BB's, so will have to declare them the winter, although the Italians did abort the CW convoys here.

Here is a shot of the new french line, as they try to contain the german breakthrough.

France takes a risk on a low odds attack to repulse the german breakthrough. It pays off as they roll really high.

Germany attempts to re-take the offensive with a blitz attack, they take the hex but are mostly disorganized.

CW does some strat bombing in northern germany since all the german fighters are tied up in france.

CW launch a series of ground strikes trying to halt the german offensive. Only one in 3 is successful.

I've decided to restart this solo game. Think I've done more than a few things I should have done differently. Stay tuned for the new game, I will restart on this thread.

The US east coast fleet sets up in Norfolk. With the division garrisoning Washington D.C The West coast fleet sets up in San Diego.

Soviets set up heavy near Bessarabia, and put the pacific units in cities so they can be railed to the west.

hahaha I await with baited breath! Seems the quickest way to learn.

The Italians setup a screening force on the french border and place the bulk of their units in N. Africa and the Yugo border.

CW goes with a standard setup, not much variation. Made sure to garrison Gibraltar. Could have done better on the territorial draw. Here is a shot of England at the ships in port at Plymouth.

Here is the french setup. They drew a strong unit in Algeria which will be brought home to france with much haste, lol.
