It is across the board, MP's are down.
In the south I broke the Lvov pocket and bottlenecked your troops on T1. Wouldn't that show up in lower fuel supplies on T3. In the center I broke a pocket too.
braking the pocket is nothing new it happens all the time. On turn 3 my HQ's are less then 20 mps from railhead anyone any good does not run railheads out of Germany in south

This is a consequence of having no/less stocks to carry. The core of the problem it to find out why new supplies didn't reach the unit and if the one it had were distributed correctly.
Are you sure the range to railhead was the same at the end of turn? Rail repair is done after first supply subphase (FBD leave hexes with 1 damage so they are not ready for use in the next logistics phase supply subphase 1). I think I will show distance to railhead even if a HQ wasn't resupplied, this will help to understand why they didn't get supplies.

Your screenshots look like mine when the HQ is out of range of railhead.

distance is 20 for 2 HQ's and 23 going back a turn.
again I done this 100+ times and something is very very different.

Your logistics run when I click the end turn button. Correct? Doesn't that mean that your bottlenecked HQs get fewer supplies? I know that all your units have extra fuel from T1 but wouldn't that bottleneck show up in slightly reduced supplies on T3?

Ok, so perhaps there is trouble selecting proper city from which the HQ will be resupplied. Easy to fix when I will have save and will be able to replicate.

Well, I guess that's the disadvantage of playing server games... you don't have all kinds of saves at your disposal.

I don't think so. It would be the first time I hear of supply problems due to bombing.

No, they only need proper supply city and range to rail in hexes and mp.

I checked all my Corps HQ's and none as in zero have negative trucks using .11
its the same opening same turn same distance to railheads ect ect
but under .12 almost every single HQ's has negative trucks
The panzer divisions that got cut off have more Mp's then under .12
In this save it looks like the game allowed HQ resupply when it was 26 hexes from railhead in Phase 1, which is wrong.

...so if you do the same opening it looks like you go 1 hex too far with XXXIX Pz Corps HQ. Will try to setup a similar situation (range too big for phase 1 but enough for phase 2).

All the HQ's in north are 21, 21 and 23 from turn 2 repaired railheads not the hexs that got repaired turn 2
center the HQ's are both 23 hexes and 1 got supplies and one did not.
They are all under 25.
Be back in 8 hrs, just get 2by3 to let you open our server game

Ok, maybe I got it. I have moved 26 hexes from railhead, repaired some rail and after the turn the HQ is 24 hexes from rail, but it didn't get any supplies in phase 1 and 2. We'll check why.

I know you said the HQs were in range to already repaired hexes, but that's the closest I got to the issue so now I want to check it.

I know the source of the problem. Supply city shouldn't be cleared if it's more than 25hexes/100MPs away, because it is the distance to railhead that matters, not to the supply city.

Hats off to Mr. Pelton for finding the first bug in 1.7.12. I knew the guys who push the system to the limits will find bugs the fastest (but where were they when we had private beta?). The problem was caused by supply dump city (the city from which the HQ takes it's supplies) to be cleared for the HQ, if given HQ was more than 25 hexes/100 MP away from it. Since it's the range from railhead, not from the supply dump city, that matters in resuppling, those limits shouldn't be used when setting supply dump cities.
I will ask Pavel to post a hotfix for this.
