Would love to try to reset my password on Slitherine if the site would actually send me the e-mail to do it.

it wont reset mine either :< I just bought this... wanna transfer to steam but can't.. kinda frustrating.

If you're having problems contact support and they'll get you sorted.

Terrible process, no e-mails are sent out, on the "open" form (http://www.slitherine.com/register_serial) it says my key is taken (which it most certainly is not) on a new user I had to create because the reclaim user/pass system is simply broken... Horrible start guys. Contacted Matrix support, let's hope they sort it out for all the people out there that have been affected by this.

I'm also having trouble logging in/registering/resetting my password for Slitherine. When I attempted to reset my account roughly 45 minutes to an hour ago, it said I would receive a reset email which has yet to come. I've contacted the slitherine support at the link provided. I'll try again tomorrow, see if it's working then.

Edit: Everything's fixed! Their support was great, I sent them an email at 11:52 PM, and they emailed me back at 2:20 am with my game registered, a working account, and everything fixed! I'm downloading Universe on Steam right now.

Yeah, it works really well. I created an account, got verification e-mail and activated the account. But I could not login to the account with the password I set despite just having set it.

So as I could not login, I tried to get Slitherine to reset password, but they do not e-mail any reset link.

Yeah, exactly the same here ... I've already contacted the Slitherine support. I hope they can fix this soon.

I was able to log in before trying the reset password thing but it kept saying once you get to reg product that my password was wrong Error 64: Wrong Password so i tried to reset like ya said here now i can login as well

So, the Slitherine support responded quickly. They manually reset my password and registered DW: Universe for me. All I had to do then was to login with the new password provided and redeem the steam key - erverything worked out just fine from there on [:)]

I'd recommend anyone who's encountering similar troubles to contact the support.

Looks like some people had issues getting this to work but I'm happy to report that the $40 coupon generated for all my previous DW titles, purchasing DW: Universe, applying the coupon and generating my Steam key all worked quickly and flawlessly.

Just a shame I missed out on the additional $10 discount but I'm happy either way since my £41.99 purchase turned into an £8.00 purchase. .

I give up personally.

I've created an account at Slitherine, reset the password twice, etc.. i can login fine.. try to register a product however, "wrong password"..

So much for redeeming the key for DW Universe that i just bought...

I can't login my Slitherine's account.
After i reset my account's password and try to login. It said ' Invalid login attempt '
I tried reset password many times. same result.
Any advice?

Contact support@slitherine.co.uk, and explain your problem. They fixed it for me (i tried everything, including trying to register with a secondary email address i have. It just didnt want to work).

But they took care of everything

I feel myself a quite stupid but...
I just bought the game from Steam and downloaded it. It is said that I must receive some kind of serial or something, but where can I see it?

Does Slitherine not have a secure site login?

We've been working on a universal login across Slitherine & Matrix but its got a few teething problems. We think a lot have been fixed but if you are still having problems please do let us know.

Okay this is killing my so let me make sure that I've got the directions correct.

Go to slitherine and enter my serials.
They give me a stream key?

So I have to buy the game from matrix and then from steam?

I've spent over an hour going between matrix and slitherines site trying to figure this out. And once i get the steam key, where do i enter that? In steam, because i see nowhere in steam to enter a code when I try to buy the game on steam. Plz help before i give up on the human race.

If you want the stand alone version, buy the game on the matrix site. You get your serial number and download link and can install anywhere.

Log in to the slitherin site, and enter the same serial at the correct spot, and you get a code to use at steam.

In the steam client, library. Use the add a game link at the bottom left. Choose "Activate a product on steam".

Or you can buy the game on steam, but lose the option to install the game anywhere you want. You won't have access to the matrix installer, or a serial number to go with it.

Hello i purchased full package via Steam.
I cant get my serial and i cant also see beta update on steam.
Please help to fix this problem

You don't need a serial number, because it is only there in order to allow you to generate a steam key.
