Thank you, thank you, thank you, for updating the documentation and especially the tutorial guide!!

I will be basically starting this game as a brand new player, even though I bought the game when it came out. I just have not played it very much, and I just want to start all over with the tutorials and onwards.

So, this is excellent news to me that I can follow along with the tutorial guide and have it make sense with v2.04!

And, a new campaign to boot! What is this, Disneyland where all things are possible?

Any chance 4th Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (4 CMBG) will make an appearance? It would make for some interesting scenario options with its role - reinforcing VII US or II GE Corps - and unique table of organisation and equipment.

Canadian forces are part of the Southern Storm's Nation set. So there's a good chance. [;)]

Any chance on an update of the release for the patch? We've passed another stated release date and though not trying to rush excellent work, just a bit confused about the nature of the delay. Anyway, looking forward to this next iteration to re-try my hand at the tutorial, and therefore my desire to see the patch.

To be clear, we are not stating hard release dates at all these days. We try to estimate a time frame and there are a host of events that can disrupt the timing. Case in point, miscommunication. Right now Matrix is waiting for the updated Tutorial Guide from me. I thought they were doing an installer build for us to review and we would add the Tutorial at the end. Either way, I will have the guide ready tonight (finished it last night, but I need one more image and hit a bug) and update the exe for a couple last minute issues and Matrix will have everything Thursday morning. From there it is a matter of how quickly they can turn a new installer around and we can check and okay it. If there are issues with the files the whole process gets repeated. If the guys are busy with another release that can delay things.

So, no hard dates for release. We are updating you guys with the best information and making sure that you get a great update when it releases. We would have liked to have been done weeks ago too, but we want it done right.

Release candidate 4 with a few last minute bug fixes and finalized Tutorial and What's New docs went to Matrix last night. Now we do the wait for installer, check installer, fix installer cycle. We are hoping for a very short one this time. We'll keep you posted.
