Update released on workshop.

Updated with a fix to make sure objective events appear correctly. Disabled some doctrines to prevent Su-24 Gun attacks. Tweaked Weather to make it more historically accurate. Adjusted some events. Changed a few loadouts on air units.

Please let me know if the objective events work correctly.
