Well unsurprisingly the most salient point has been missed here. It's not the number of posts, its not the post/time or indeed any other faux measure.
Simply, one cannot be found guilty of spambottery if the quality of the posts are of sufficient... er... well, quality.
For example I have over 30,000 posts. But I do not look at that number in isolation, nor do I look at the length of time I have been on the forums. No, instead I - and this been confirmed by my fellow forumites - have over 30,000 quality posts.
Who can forget these gems:
