Yeah, now I noticed that there's no such limitation of subsequent fire in ToTH as in ASL, which requires the target of a subsequent fire should be one of the nearest unit.

It seems I should go through the manual again and keep in mind the difference between ToTH and ASL. Thanks for reply.

Seriously, not sure of why I bought this game when it came out. Just reinstalled and it doesn't want to load due to the resolution. Come on Matrix, it's 2023 fix this garbage.

For kicks I just reinstalled this game (base game, update, both expansion packs and the .21 exe) it loads just fine on windows 10. No issues.

Hello All:

Can someone tell me where I can download UPDATE5 please.

Are the updates cumulative so I can just install the latest one?

I have the original game plus the Update 1.1.09 so far.

The first post has a link to 1.1.21 a zip file.
I downloaded it - 1 file 3.7mb - and placed it in the TOTH folder after re-naming the existing file of the same name by adding ORIGINAL - in case there's some muck up and I want to revert.

I started the game and once a scenario starts clicking on Help showed it was running 1.1.21

However:

I only saw this thread because I just installed TOTH on a new PC - I actually bought the game about ten years ago but never got past the first tutorial !

So you really need an answer from someone else who actually plays the game.
