Thanks Zovs, of course for many the serial numbers were only kept on Matrix/Slitherene system. A lot of my games appear but not all including some recent purchases. I have gone to the site both with Explorer and Chrome with the same results.

Hopefully they will get the synch figured out, I'm confident that they will.

I still don't see my games. I don't have a complete list, but at least Desert War, two Scourge of War games, Mare Nostrom, and two FOG2 modules are missing.

My complete list is there, all one of the games.

Are you sure those are from this account?
Because I have just checked your MatrixGames account "76mm" and you have 27 serials inside, none are for Desert War or Mare Nostrum... maybe you have another account?

I'll send you an e-mail as requested, but for the benefit of other people, I want to point out that all of my games were visible in Matrix's "old" website.

Regarding two accounts: I never set up two accounts, but I know that you guys did something with accounts (merged?) at some point, I don't know if this has anything to do with that.

Mine was missing Field of GloryII and four of its DLC's I just registered them this afternoon. But one I could not register "World WarI Gold" would not accept my serial number.

Can you check your account again? it should be there now.

Yes, I'm good now WWIGold was the last one that needed to be registered. It is now there, thank you.

My GAMEs are there. However, in my BETAs section, it says nothing whereas I have participated to, at least, two of them.

My two remain on the MIA list [:(] Also if one has previously participated in Beta Testing should that be reflected or is that just current? If the former then that is missing too.

If you are missing any games now then we need to look at specific accounts to check why. the merges are fully complete and synching further wont resolve any issues. Please contact support with your details. The ones we have checked so far turned out to be games that were never registered on the old site either so just misunderstandings but that doesn't mean there are not real issues in there somewhere!

I am perhaps a good example. I have one former Beta and one current Beta. And, none of them are listed.

The old beta system is not hooked up. It was dependent on the ASP code of the old site so we have a completely new system, so you wont see old beta tests listed.
