Where are the patch notes for beta 10U23? The first post only lists them up to 10U22.

Beta 10U21, 10U22 and 10U23 aim at the exact same target:

Change/Fix Soviet corps will now change slowly over a year. They will convert to small armies which can be combined to larger armies. Any manpower over 18 will be added to the manpower poll. Production will be lost for the difference. Also fixed the small logistics, manpower, and naming bugs for this process. Updated scenario description.

What does this mean ? Strategic plans, operational plans ?

Alvaro, wasn´t supposed that lowered base experience for URSS army from 35% to 30% in exchange of raising startin units experience from 20% to 25%?
I ask because in the new scenario pack, the base experience or the Red army starts at 30%, but the starting units still have the original 20%

I don't remember. I think it was the free conversion gave them a lower default as now players don't have to sell/rebuy. They basically get units for free.

Before you sell the crap units, buy new armies.
Now the crap units auto change to armies.

Still worth to disband the crap 20% exp mechs (the 30 STR ones). They have the same combat value than a '41 corps (that have the chance to evolve in a small army)...but this is a personal taste.
